Happy Easter!

Darren is now referring to this as my blog...hence the reason why he hasn't posted in months. I'll see if I can convince him to write something so you're not just hearing baby-babble from me.
It's Easter Sunday and our house is full, but everyone else is sleeping. I thought I'd take the time to write a little something. There's not much new to report on our end, we've just been busy with little things. The weather is starting to get nicer - last weekend was sunny and 65, but on Monday and Tuesday is snowed. Now it's starting to warm up again. Our tulips are starting to sprout, so hopefully we'll have some color in the yard in a couple of weeks.
Last weekend we went to my grandmother's house for a quick trip. My mom and uncle were in as well, so we had a good time eating ourselves silly. We didn't make the requisite hot dog trip to Hanover, PA, but I had a really good cheeseburger sub from the ice cream place that we used to frequent when I was little. I've realized that I'm now judging "a good time" by the food selections. I'm eating all the time and really starting to chunk up. I keep telling myself to slow down, but at the same time, I'm just too hungry to stop! Anyway, it was good to see the family - I only get to hang out with that group about once per year. Hopefully that will change after the arrival of LBL. My mom brought a bunch of stuff from her house that we're using in the nursery. I was most excited about a big box of children's books, but Darren really liked this old doll that I had. He's using it to practice being a parent. :)
This weekend, Darren's family is in town with us. We went to see A Chorus Line yesterday, which was pretty good. I'm not a big fan of musicals with limited sets, etc, but the show was still decent. We went to dinner at Pittsburgh's new Hofbrauhaus, which was an event. The wait was FOREVER, so of course I was in a bad mood (nothing should stand between me and my next meal!!). The food/beer was okay...I think the place is more about the atmosphere than anything. We haven't done much else this weekend - it's a quick trip for the Lloyd's and they'll be heading out this afternoon.
Priscilla is pretty funny these days. She's definitely aware that something is "up." She won't sit in my lap anymore - I think it's because she feels the baby squirming in my tummy. At the same time, she's being really loving. Darren's hanging out with her all the time, which I think she likes. She's also happy with the spring sunshine. Here she is in our bedroom window.
And finally, what would a blog post be without the consistent pictures of my growing gut. These are from yesterday - 27 weeks.
Happy Easter, everyone!
